The new Hirox BGA inspection
lens, the MX-BGAZ, is the newest member of the Hirox Hi-Scope video
microscope lens family, providing users with the most flexible method
for performing visual inspection of BGA components, including micro
BGA’s. As is true for all lenses in the Hi-Scope family of lenses,
the BGA inspection lens can be used with any Hi-Scope lighting main
unit or existing C-Mount video camera, providing high-resolution images
of the smallest BGA components in very restricted spaces.
